Shout! Factory always outdo themselves. I was so excited to get this on pre order and when it arrived I was not dissapointed. The picture quality was excellent as was the sound. The only downside was the flimsy cardboard case. I’m used to Shouts hard cases on releases like Barney Miller, All in the Family, the Power Rangers sets etc but it’s not a complete let down. The show is still a classic with sublime chemistry between Robert Wagner and Stefanie Powers and some entertaining cases. This is a show from a bygone era when TV was easy, cheesy, and completely uncomplicated. It never tried to be anything more than the entertaining show it is. But what else would you expect from a show produced by Aaron Spelling- MARC. P
I am enjoying these episodes so very much. I was aware of the series at the time, but never watched. Now, via this great video, I am able to watch and enjoy. I am hooked all these years later to a great show. Very well done and I highly recommend this to anyone fond of catching up with the past. So many of the current shows on TV are just not interesting. This show may seem dated but it is very entertaining. You know the Harts will always solve the crime, but in the meantime the viewer has a nail bitting experience. Plus, Robert Wagner and Stefanie Powers are looking good. Freeway and Max are adorable too.- Elizabeth
We thoroughly enjoyed watching this vintage series. We enjoyed watching Jonathan, Jennifer, Max and of course darling doggie, Freeway, solve crimes. You know, today, we have so many harsh TV series that I found this great therapy to watch the old TV series from the 60’s through the 80’s. Wish they could come back as grandparents helping their kids solve crimes. Us “oldies” need jobs too! Anyway, if you love a series that has class and plenty of fashion, great landscapes and architecture too, you will enjoy this series.- Judith O. Neff
