The Strain Season 4

The Strain season 4 was a satisfying end to a superb series. Threads were tied up, some characters got their just rewards, there were fatalities, losses and satisfying punch the air moments. Word of warning, don’t expect a direct follow on from the climax of season 3, disappointingly they gloss over it with a few minor flashbacks and continue the story months later.
David Bradley excels and I genuinely roared ”yes” when he uttered the words ”I am not a number anymore” and let’s his sword do the rest…..
On reflection this was a bold, sometimes harsh serial, showing vampires as they should be, total parasites. The final episode has a very definite end and it goes out on a high. More like this please!

The Strain Season Four is the final season of an action-packed and suspenseful television series. Humankind has lost the war against vampires. The few humans left are maintained in colonies, as livestock. A small band of humans who have not been caught and confined have been able to gather valuable intelligence to use against the vampires. They have long known that the vampires, as a species, have an overlord. But unfortunately, the overlord knows what the humans have learned, and has prepared a trap for them. That’s as much as I can tell you without spoiling it.

Season 4 is the last season . I really looked forward to this show.I did note however the cast has been absent so far and the group is spilt up. Of course the evil Stregoya have inhabited and taken over the earth. I can’t believe they canceled this show. What a shame it has such a great cast that is well played . This is such an – on the edge of your seat story line and so mixed with horror and gore . The sets,makeup and designs are done really well.Why do they do this always cancel the great stuff . I don’t think they gave this show enough advertisement . Thank you for giving us the last season and not leaving us hanging that would have been worse @ Amazon would you please concider taking on this series?
