Flashpoint Season 6

DVD Wholesale Quick Overview:

Noted lot people confused with the seasons so here is my input which will hopefully help you so can have the entire series. This is all based on the US Region 1 box sets that we have bought individually and not any other Regions or multi bought box sets. There are only five seasons but they spread across six (see Wikipedia page for info on how and why as it kinda lengthy).

Season One is sold correctly with – Scorpio; First in line; Element of surprise; Asking for flowers; Who’s George?; Attention shoppers; He knows his brother; Never kissed a girl; Planets aligned; Eagle Two; Backwards day; Haunting the barn; Between heartbeats.

Season Two is sold with half the episodes – Business as usual; The fortress; Clean hands; Aisle 13; The perfect family; Remote control; Perfect storm; Last dance; Exit wounds.

Season Three is actually mixture of Two and Three – One wrong move; Never let you down; The farm; Custody; Coming to you live; Behind the blue line; Just a man; Unconditional love; The good citizen; You think you know someone; Severed ties; Follow the leader; Whatever it takes; The other lane; Jumping at shadows; Acceptable risk.

Season Four is mixture of Three and Four – Collateral damage; Thicker than blood; No promises; Terror; I’d do anything; Fault lines; Personal effects; Good cop; Run, Jamie, run; Through a glass darkly; The better man; A day in the life; Shockwave.

Season Five is the rest of Four – Grounded; Cost of doing business; Wild card; A new life; A call to arms; Day game; Blue on blue; The war within; Team player; Priority of life; Slow burn.

Leaves Season Six (sold as The Final Season) with – Broken peace; No kind of life; Run to me; Eyes in; Sons of the father; A world of their own; Below the surface; Forget oblivion; We take care of our own; Fit for duty; Lawmen; Keep the peace (part one); Keep the peace (part two).

Flashpoint was a very under appreciated show in the States. Taking place in Toronto (a word never mentioned until the last episode), the Strategic Response Unit careened from one emergency to another while keeping their humanity intact. More than possibly any other police drama, Flashpoint focused on staying true to the job, the team, and yourself. Great show, great season.-Notes from the Oil Patch

Awesome show. HOWEVER, when I bought the complete series it indicated that “people also buy” this Final Season. I assumed for some reason the Complete Series was made after season 5 and then they had a season 6. We just got to the end of the Complete Series last night and went to start season 6, only to find that it is actually season 5 on it’s own. I’m past the window of returning, so it was a wasted purchase. I don’t need 2 of the same thing.- Tracy P.
