Because they filmed in Colombia, they used both Spanish and English, depending on the nationality of the character, so make sure your DVDs have subtitle capability if you are Spanish deficient like I am.. 5-StarMat’l certainly, but subtitles are an issue; I often paused to read&grasp. Dialog is sufficiently complex that the English subtitle needs to be, and is longer than “average”. Dubbing might have been the way to go, this time? Effectively paints a sad but horribly true story.- SHN

Well done series all around, with action, drama, history, and clear story telling. The subject is gritty, so not for kids. About half the dialog is done in Spanish. Subtitles are available in French and English- lewet
