In the second season of this drama series, James “Ghost” St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) is desperate to save his nightclub, going all in on his drug business in order to do so. Financial woes are far from the only problem in Ghost’s life, as he is being investigated by Angela (Lela Loren), his first love. Meanwhile, Ghost’s former mentor, Kanan (Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson), just got released from jail and has revenge on his mind.

Power Season 2 really takes off running with the character development laid down last summer. The performances are as strong as ever, and the spot-on music cues give the new season an incredible amount of momentum.-Perri Nemiroff
