Rowan and Martin’s Laugh-In: 6 Season Complete Series DVD Collection

It was great to get this disc, as well as the previous five, to round out the collection of what I consider to be a great comedy series. Laugh In provided great entertainment and sometimes on the edge humor that would not be allowed today because it would not be “politically correct”. I think this kind of humor is sorely missed in today’s world. Too many people want to take exception to everything.-hbjrhomerojr

It is as funny now as it was when I watched it as a kid. Many of the regulars went on to many featured roles in Television and movies, at least one becoming and academy award winning actress. I loved it then and I love it now!- E. F. Jagodzinski

With several new cast members, some relatively unknown, the final season of Laugh-In was still very good. Ruth Buzzi and Gary Owens were the only original ones left, but they were joined by others who contributed nicely. Richard Dawson was back. His Groucho Marx and W.C. Fields impressions were great. Dennis Allen’s physical comedy and Patti Deutch’s various characters added a lot too, as did Willie Tyler and Lester. And of course, Dick and Dan, along with veteran Ruth Buzzi and her many alter egos, provided the continuity from the early seasons with the Laugh-In news, cocktail party and of course the Joke Wall. The sixth season on DVD is definitely worth the money.-James
