First of all, this is a WORTHY story. Secondly, it’s exactly what it should have been – simple, honest, detailing the events. My only criticism is that I wanted MORE of the incident itself and more re these wonderful people, esp the aftermath. I see reviews complaining about religion and patriotism – um that IS the real story here. Duh! It was a straight forward telling of an incredibly important story. I don’t mind the lack of Hollywood splash or sophistication – that is exactly what i’m NOT looking for if i’m wanting to see more about the recovery. Wonderful closing music.-jbeth777

100% true story on what these four brave and courages Men (3 Americans + French Gentleman who assisted them) did to save dozens of innocent passengers on an Amsterdam to Paris train. I appreciate Director, Client Eastwood, sticking to the facts and sharing the background on theses heroes and avoiding having the usual Hollywood cliches/embellishments thrown in for “entertainment.” If you are interested in learning more about what makes guys like this “tick” with real-world consequences, you will like this movie. If you want another car-chase, big explosion and unlikely plots to “dazzle you” – this is the wrong movie. Of course, there is nothing wrong with those kinds of movies – they’re fun to watch. But, I also think there is room for a movie like this too, but you do need a heads up its almost more Documentary, than Star Wars, etc.-Sir Winston Michael George James Edward IV

This movie gives you a joyful heart, because you know good people truly become superheroes in real life. This movie has faith, heart and a good spirit that will give you optimism more than any block buster billion dollar movie can offer. Mind you this is a quiet slice of life movie that is interrupted by a shocking brute force with real violent actions, that darkens our times today. This is not a action movie…this is not a comic book movie. This movie just tells a simple story of 3 friends who grow up together with values and faith, and end up saving lives half a world away.
This movie is truly a classic, and I am sure it will be more appreciated as time goes by future generations…It is that good IMO. This movie is worth every penny you pay to watch it!!!-LD
