I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. And yeah, as some people have said, there are plot holes. But the story feels very real… it doesn’t have a lot of “bling” on it… everything is very simple. Everyday actions become tense, and that’s a good part of the movie’s charm.You get easily attached to the characters, and you find yourself wondering what you might do in that situation. It’ll make you want to be quiet. It’ll make you cover your mouth and sob into your hands (if you’re a big ol’ crybaby like me) just to keep from making a sound.- Al Mae

This movie was so gripping. I was tense and on the edge of my seat the entire time. The use of sound was really interesting, and this movie had an effect on the entire audience. Everyone was doing their best to remain completely silent during the film. People were even unlikely to eat their food, so as to avoid disturbing the silence. That effect alone was enough to make this movie worth it. Add in the excellent acting performances and you’ve got yourself a great movie.-Justin Carrao

This movie was so well done! As a big fan of horror movies, it is hard to come across a good one nowadays. A Quiet Place is very original and full of suspense. I saw it in theaters and have never had an experience quite like that. This movie was fantastic all around, great plot, cast, acting, directing, shooting, etc.
