In American Horror Story: 1984, five friends escape Los Angeles to work as camp counselors, but the past comes to haunt them.
contacted amazon and the early cut off for the episode is just a technical glitch and they are resolving it. i should have checked the reviews before purchasing but in the future people contact amazon directly so they can fix it.
as far as the episode, the characters, costumes and sets are wonderfully stereotypical of the 80s. But this is definitely Friday the 13th/Sleepaway Camp via Ryan Murphy. That’s either a great thing or an awful thing depending on your taste. I like it so far, but I honestly don’t know how this is going to last a 10 episode arc. Perhaps midway through we’ll switch to AHS 1986 or some other year.
