Ray Donovan Season 6

DVD Wholesale Quick Overview:

Ray is in New York City and makes a friend in a Staten Island policeman named Mac (Domenick Lombardozzi). Ray soon find conflicts with working for Sam Winslow (Susan Sarandon) who partnered up with New York mayoral candidate Anita Novak (Lola Glaudini) in the sixth season of the drama series.

Season six felt like a refreshment after the last two seasons. It was more “Ray Donovan” compared to them. But I don’t know where season seven will lead and I don’t know why Showtime ordered another season because this season could well as been the last season, just hoping the story won’t spiral out.

Also, for a series that includes a lot of car driving scenes, the fact that they are not actually real really breaks the immersion for me, call it my pet peeve with the show. I hope they allocate budget for them in season seven.

I bought two of these, second one as a replacement for the first. Both would not show the closed captioning on the screen of my new 54 inch Sony TV. Printing was huge and only one line of two on the screen could be read. Amazon needs to look at what their supplier is producing for them.
