This film is so disjointed and fragmented that it feels like they just came up with a list of which political points they decided absolutely needed to be in the movie and then haphazardly threw random story bits in there to fill up the space in between.I guess if their only goal was to beat people over the head with Disney’s “values” then they did their job. If they were trying to make a good film, an interesting film, or another classic Star Wars film, they failed. Hard.The really sad thing is, it is possible to do both. They didn’t.- A. Buyer

The people deciding what the Star Wars universe is now have no idea what the Star Wars universe was. Their shallow minds that only see skin color and gender cannot comprehend the depth of appeal of the original Star Wars universe.
