The collected set is very nicely done, and there are some minor annoyances – not a fan of sliding discs into a cardboard sleeve – but other than that the book is pretty cool. My only gripe is with the digital copy – what’s not listed anywhere in the description is that you have to redeem it on Vudu and there is no way to use another provider. It’s partially my fault as I assumed it would be something I could use in iTunes, since movies are usually shared across providers – but that’s through Movies Anywhere, and Movies Anywhere doesn’t do TV series.

I obviously haven’t been able to watch every episode yet to comment on the playability of the discs, and I’m not going to do a review of the actual show content since that’s covered elsewhere. But for those who can’t grasp the Amazon practice of listing the run time as the normal episode length – the back of the package says it’s 5,675 minutes.-JR
