a very expensive movie with usual characters and the promised big shark. but…same old movie, same usual characters, and a very big large-toothed shark with no personality. just like all the others he eats a lot. see? you knew that. well, that is all there is here. same’ole, same’ole. nothing at all is new or different we have not seen many times already. they have spent a lot of money here, but it didn’t buy any thrills, chills or moments of fright or wide eyes. I am really sorry there wasn’t a director that would make us blink a little.- warren

I’ve enjoyed this movie and will watch it several times in the future! The story is great and so are the special effects! I find I miss a few things about the story the first time around so I’ll watch it again. It’s very exciting when you see how GIANT the shark is. It’s a real thriller!
