NCIS: Season 12 [Blu-ray]

I just started watching the entire NCIS series. I hung in there despite all the cast changes. I really tried to keep an open mind after Ziva left the show. However, the new Bishop character actually annoys me. With her black eyebrows and blonde hair and her constant frowning used as her only facial expression I find her a very weak link in the cast. I am surprised they put such a lightweight actress in the vacant slot. The story lines are still entertaining but, the draw that kept me ordering more of the series from Amazon has definitely waned. I think they could have done better with Ziva’s replacement.- Mandy56

While the later NCIS seasons are not any where close to the quality of the earlier ones, it is still programming worthwhile to watch … and owning the season is much better for us than depending (or paying) for other services. The product was delivered in great shape and right on time… no complaints!!- JE Smith

I have all 11 seasons of NCIS on DVD. Watched the season 12 finale last week on network TV. As a fan, it was disturbing. The images of past and deceased NCIS agents was very unsettling in light of the ending of season 12. Is this the end of Gibbs? And the images of the dead agents, does that portend the future of Gibbs in the series? I hope not. I think that would end the series. I know that it can’t last forever, but just don’t end it quite yet. The story just ain’t quite over guys. This story may never be over. And I wish that it could be at an end. But, I’ll continue to stockpile and accumulate, because I know that we will forever be at risk. As much as I hate the insane shooting incidents, Gibbs would agree, weapons in the hands of responsible citizens aren’t the problem.- donno
