Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Final Chapters – Part Three [Blu-ray]

DVD Wholesale Quick Overview:

inally completed Dragon Ball Kai Collection. It took a couple years but eventually happened. To be honest though, I feel that “The Last Chapters” was a very lazy release compared to original 8 parts. Each of the last chapter parts contain 23 episodes per set and about $5 more than a season set. It seems funimation took way too long to start dubbing these sets and ended up deciding to release each set one month apart from each other before those episodes even played on tv. This review will be divided in Packaging, Picture, Sound and Special Features.-P. W. Granger

This version of the last episodes of DBZ went by so quick I managed to finish it in only a couple of days! I love that they finally finished Kai. It’s the best way to watch this series-Stephen

Sumitomo score works great for this saga! The Buu saga never quite fit with the rest of Dragon Ball Z, so it was only natural that it eventually was branded separately as “The Final Chapters” when it finally received the Kai treatment. Though Toriyama was hit and miss in this arc, it’s still very entertaining and a little bit of a breath of fresh air over the previous 3 sagas.- Josef Alfer

I love this series and was incredibly glad they actually finished it.-Travis Middleton
