My 2 1/2 year old daughter recently became interested in My Little Ponies and since I grew up with the original MLP, I’m all for it! We had never seen an episode of the show before so we downloaded this video. It was great because it gave us an idea of what the show would be like and some of the personalities of the ponies. Even though it’s only just under two minutes, it made us want to buy our daughter some of the episodes. The friendship theme song is very catchy too and sends a good, positive message about friendship. I’m glad we had the opportunity to see a couple minutes of the show before we went out and bought more of the episodes. I highly recommend this little clip to anyone who wants to preview the show a bit before they buy any of the other episodes or seasons!- Kristin B.
Being a big MLP fan, it was awesome that we were finally getting the complete seasons on DVD. This set gives us all the episodes of Season 4; the season that gave way to more changes in the status quo of the series. Included is the infamous guest appearance of Weird Al Yankovic, the introduction of Pinkie Pie’s older sister, the first season long story arc involving a mysterious, locked chest (resulting in each pony’s Element of Harmony being put to a personal test), and the heart-pounding two part season finale, resulting in the destruction of Twilight’s treehouse home; an anime-inspired hero vs. villain smackdown, and the creation of a new castle.As with the other season releases, we pretty much just get the episodes and very little special features. None the less, this season is a must have. Bring on Season 5!! :D- KarToon12
