Suicide Squad – UK Region

DVD Wholesale Quick Overview:

I thought this movie was great to watch. It was just good all the way around (story line, acting, etc). The only downside was having Will Smith in the movie really. I liked other movies he’s in (I am Legend, After-earth)… but I didn’t like him in this role, uhg, and he’s in the sequel. I always hear Hollywood complain about female roles, well guess what, this film is OWNED by Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne (and even Karen Fukuhara and Viola Davis)… so here was your female hit, and Will Smith and Ben Aflleck are the 2 sore spots (and probably took too much cash too). Who’s next, Johnny Depp? Anyway, watch the film for the good parts, because they are great!!- Rich V

Good adaptation of the comic book. I believe where this movie failed was that there was just too many trailers released before it came out in theaters and if you watched all the trailers you basically saw most of the movie. So, I blame the marketing of the movie and not the movie its self. This also resulted in expectations not only to be way to high but also let down when you found out that the main protagonist was Enchantress when the trailers led you to believe something different. Some have said the ending was a bit much with the magic, but it did deal with Enchantress so I expected that. Still for the first Suicide Squad movie I would say it was a good intro type movie. The actors all did a great job it was just how it was presented that really killed it. Could have been better.-Parrdacc
