Season 8 of America’s dysfunctional family is no different from some of it’s past seasons…. in a good way. This season we see the return of special guest celebrities like Jon Lovitz and Kelsey Grammer as well as some new new stars such as Rodney Dangerfield, Johhny Cash, John Waters and more who fit greatly in The Simpson universe. Same goes for the awards too. The Simpsons season 8 had many Emmy Award nominations and winning 2 of them for episodes “Bart After Dark” and “Homer’s Phobia” which also won a GLAAD Media Award for “Outstanding TV – Individual Episode”. Other awards won were an Annie Award for Best Individual Achievement and the WAC Winner for Best Director for Primetime Series.-Deputy-_-M_A_X___P_O_W_E_R

Can you ever not like The Simpsons? This has some episodes that I really love, like You Only Move Twice when Homer goes to work for Hank Scorpio, the episode where Lisa dates Nelson, and the one where Homer eats the insanity peppers. I could go on and on but you get the idea. I have watched this set too many times to count. Love this!-Chewie’s mom
