One Piece Collection 4

DVD Wholesale Quick Overview:

The high point of this set is easily the introduction to Tony Tony Chopper. We see how he came to be how he is and why he distrusts the world as much as he does. We also see how messed up the world of Drum Island is under the despotic King Walpol. With this arc, One Piece shows both its heart and imagination.

From there, the Straw Hats move on to Alabasta. Here, as with the previous set, the story drags a bit. We meet Luffy’s brother, Firefist Ace, which provides both action and amusement. We also learn more abou Vivi, her father, and the problems facing Alabasta. The drag is that each desert town is similar to the last one, and there are a lot of scenes with the Straw Hats just trekking through the desert. More frustratingly, we know that a big confrontation with Crocodile (the intriguingly shadowy leader of Baroque Works) is on the horizon, but the anime feels like it’s stalling for time so the manga can catch up.

Fortunately, the cast is so strong that one doesn’t mind too much. The Straw Hats are as engaging as ever, and more than a few side characters make strong impressions as well. I particularly liked Vivi’s childhood friend who joined the rebellion and the soldier who could change into a reindeer.

One piece is a great series! Nami becomes sick with a fever and they head to drum island the place ruled by the tyrant wapol! they gain a doctor raindeer chopper then head to alabasta! then we meet ace luffys brother they search for the rebel army and a few days later learn it is where they started.

In this four collection of one piece. Nami is stricken by an rare illness and needs a doctor to save her life. The nearest island close to them is drum island. But this island is without any doctors, they where all taken away by the evil king Wapol. There are only two doctors left on the whole island, but they live on top on drum Rockies. Now luffy and sanji must climb the drum rockies to find the doctor named witch, given to her by the town folk. Luffy and sanji now have reach the top, but fall from being chase up the rockies by king Wapol and the biggest snow bunnies ever. The evil and greed king Wapol has return to drum island to reclaim is once fallen thrown. Wapol and his men return the castle on top of the drum rockies and try to blow away the flag on top on the castle put there by copper. Luffy and the crew now defend the castle and the flag from Wapol and his crew. Nami is better now from her illness. The straw hat crew set sail for alabasta with a new crew member, Tony Tony Chopper.
